It is common nutritional advice to have five servings of fruits and vegetables daily in order to meet the body's vitamin requirements but you could be undoing any potential health benefits if you're not doing it right. Nutritionist Tracy Lesht says boiling vegetables can lead to a 50 percent nutrient loss thus depleting their benefits. She said that certain vegetables, namely those containing water-soluble vitamins, should never be boiled if you can avoid it. That includes cabbage, spinach, kale, broccoli, spinach, beans, and peas. The reason is that water-soluble vitamins dissolve in water - so if you boil vegetables containing these vitamins, you won't see much health benefit from them. As an alternative, don't cook them for too long if you must and use little water. Xiaoli, a woman from the city of Shenzhen in southern China, who is from a  poor home and the oldest child in her family asked each of her 20 boyfriends to buy her a newly launched iPhone 7. The woman who is the breadwinner of her family, got all 20 iPhone7 phones and then sold all of the phones to a mobile phone recycling site called Hui Shou Bao for 120,000 Chinese yuan (about £14,500), and used the money to put down a deposit on a house in the countryside. Kcee’s words; “ Our relationship is really tight. I call it divine. Now let me shock you. Ethan Reid, 23, killed his ex-girlfriend Kaylah Hodges, 20, with a shotgun, in front of their seven-month-old daughter at his mother's home in Scottsville, Kentucky. Hours before the murder, Reid wrote an apology on Facebook, stating that he's "a terrible person after all and was never meant to be happy." The Allen County Sheriff Department said the couple - whose five years relationship ended recently, got into an argument before Kaylah was fatally shot.
