The Commission crimes has secured the leave of people in Kano High Court to arraign the two suspects Saminua Umar Taa’ambu and Ahmede Maiturare – of Kantinn Kwari market, for offences bordering on money by false. According to Nigeria EFCC’s spokesman, Mr. Wilson Uwujareen, that the suspects allegedly to used the name of the Kano Government to induce a Swiss, Mathias Heee, who is the owner of Okutexx, into forwarding and supplying them with fabrics worth more than $530,000 (N164million). The suspect Ta’aambu was also alleged to approached the victim last year July, 2015 requesting to supply fabrics to $530,000m. “When the items were supplied earlier, Ta’aambu failed to honour displayed his own part and also refused to addmit the amount as they agreed on,” The Justice Dijee adjourned the matter till the next coming months October 5, 2016 for the arraignment.
